Kapitał Wiedzy is headquartered in Radom at 7 Chrobrego Street. We have been operating on the local market for 7 years, helping entrepreneurs organize their businesses so they can run without a boss. By using this website, you accept the rules described in this document. If you do not agree with any point, please leave the site. We are not a large corporation, but a 3-person team that focuses on clear communication without unnecessary fluff. All content you see here – from service descriptions to blog articles – is our intellectual property. You may read them and draw conclusions for your company, but we prohibit copying them for commercial purposes. (By the way, honesty in business is fundamental, which we often discuss with our 47 regular clients). Reserving any service through the contact form requires providing true company data. This way, we know who we are talking to and whether our help makes sense for you at all. We do not send spam because we respect your time as much as our own.

We provide services in the fields of succession planning, task delegation, and local marketing. Each collaboration begins with an audit, which usually lasts 3 working days. We do not offer ready-made service packages, but specific work stages, such as designing instructions for employees or implementing a market entry plan for the EU. Our consulting is based on facts and methods proven in the Radom reality. Remember, however, that we provide you with tools and knowledge, but you, as the owner, implement the changes in your company. We do not promise that your profits will increase by a specific amount in a week, as this depends on your commitment and the market situation. We calculate specific profits where possible, but consulting is a two-way process. If your employees are unwilling to cooperate in creating the 83 procedures we have implemented so far, the results may differ from those expected. We always play with open cards and tell you directly if a given idea simply won't work in your industry. We focus on companies employing from 4 to 12 people, as that is what we know best.

At Kapitał Wiedzy, we use transparent project rates. A quick diagnosis of your office costs PLN 1,850 and is payable as a one-off before starting the audit work. In the case of ongoing mentoring, the cost is PLN 4,100 per month. We do not apply hidden commissions or percentages of your turnover. We want you to know from the beginning how much you will invest in your free time. We issue invoices on time, and payments are accepted by bank transfer to the company account specified in the contract. We are not the cheapest consulting firm in the region and do not intend to be. Our price stems from the experience and time we spend directly in your office or workshop. If for any reason you decide to interrupt the cooperation during the project, we settle for the actually completed work stages. Each stage ends with the delivery of specific documents, for example, a time-block map or a set of instructions for managers. We do not refund costs for services that have already been completed and accepted during working meetings. All prices are given in net amounts, to which we add the applicable VAT in accordance with Polish regulations.

As consultants, we advise to the best of our ability, based on 7 years of work with local entrepreneurs. However, the final decisions on hiring an employee, spending an advertising budget, or changing the legal form of a company are always made by the owner. Kapitał Wiedzy does not take responsibility for financial losses resulting from incorrect business decisions made by the client after consultations. A business for years is built through patience and wise risk-taking, and we are only your technical and strategic support. We care about the security of your financial data that you provide to us for safety buffer analysis. We never show your results to other companies from Radom, even if they are your competitors. Our civil liability is limited to the amount of the remuneration you paid for a given stage of the project. We operate mainly within a radius of 43 kilometers from Radom, which allows us to react quickly and make personal visits to your company in case of problems. We try to resolve all disputes amicably over coffee on Chrobrego Street, because we believe that a simple conversation is better than legal notices. If, however, we do not reach an agreement, the competent court will be the court in Radom.
