Who manages your data?

We are a small consulting team based in Radom at 7 Chrobrego St. The administrator of your personal data is the company Knowledge Capital, managed by Andrzej Wójcik. We operate locally and prioritize clear rules, which is why your data is safe with us. We do not engage in trading information or mass advertising. We process your data solely for contact purposes, preparing an audit, or providing the consulting services you request. Everything is done in accordance with GDPR regulations and Polish law. If you have any questions, our team is available at [email protected]. We care about confidentiality just as much as we care about the finances of our 47 regular clients. We respect your time and privacy, avoiding unnecessary filler in our communication.

What information do we collect from you?

When you fill out the form on our website, we ask you for your name, email address, and a brief description of your company's situation. This specific information allows us to prepare for a 25-minute introductory call. This way, we don't waste time on generalities during the first meeting at Chrobrego St. Additionally, our server records standard technical data, such as your IP address or the type of device you use. We do this only to ensure the website displays correctly and quickly. If you choose to provide us with your phone number, we will call you only regarding the scheduled audit or project. We usually respond to form inquiries within 3.2 business hours. We store your data only as long as required by the cooperation or accounting regulations.

Cookies and traffic analysis

Our website uses cookies. These are small files that help us understand whether our visitors read about succession or local marketing more often. We use them to improve blog content and check what is most useful for entrepreneurs from Radom. We do not track your purchase history in other stores or build complex advertising profiles. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time, although some website elements may then work slightly slower. For us, statistics are just numbers that help us better plan future posts about saving time in business. We do not use invasive tracking tools because we believe in building honest customer relationships without hidden scripts.

Your rights and control over your data

You have every right to know what is happening with your information. At any time, you can send us an email requesting a copy of your data or its complete deletion. If you change your mind about cooperating, your data will disappear from our database within 47 hours of the request. You can also ask to correct errors if, for example, a typo in your company name occurred in the form. We don't make any problems out of it and do not use any legal loopholes. We are here to help business owners regain their free time, not to make their lives harder with bureaucracy. Your trust is key to us, which is why we prioritize every request for data modification. A short message is enough, without unnecessary forms or complicated procedures.
