Integration with the European market

Selling goods abroad without stress

Sending the first pallet to Berlin or Prague often seems harder than it actually is. In 2023, we helped 14 companies from the Radom area launch sales in neighboring markets. Most owners fear the language barrier and a mountain of paperwork. We take these formalities upon ourselves so you can focus on supervising production in your workshop. We don't promise golden mountains, but we show real ways to earn in euros, which at current exchange rates simply pays off.

Before you spend even a single zloty on advertising in Germany, we thoroughly check your competitors. We analyze the offer of 9 local suppliers who sell similar products. We look at their prices, delivery times, and how they talk to customers on their websites. (To be honest, it often turns out that Polish products are better made, they just lack a proper description). With such knowledge, you enter a new market with a specific plan, not blindly, risking your company's savings.

Marketing with our neighbors works differently than in Poland. A Czech customer pays attention to different details than one from Mazovia. We prepare texts that sound natural because they are written by people, not automated translators. We focus on hard data: clear return rules and transport time, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days. This builds trust with buyers faster than any fancy advertising slogans. Our clients usually see the first effects of such actions 7 weeks after the start.

Regulations and taxes under control

Legal complexities are the biggest hurdle for small businesses. Packaging regulations in the LUCID system or VAT settlement in the OSS procedure can make your head spin. We explain these rules in simple language, without legal jargon that no one understands. In March 2024, we straightened out the documentation for a small sewing room, which saved them from a fine of around 2300 euros. We keep track of deadlines and filings for you, so you can sleep peacefully and not fear inspections from foreign authorities.

We also help with technical matters, such as choosing the right courier. Finding a carrier that won't ruin your margin is the foundation of success in export. We compare rates from 6 different providers and choose the one that performs best on a specific route. Our team, which consists of 5 specialists, is available by phone on business days from 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM. If you have a question about a specific shipment or invoice, you will usually receive an answer within 3 hours.

The entire process of preparing a company for going abroad takes us from 4 to 8 weeks. We start with an honest conversation about your product. If after the analysis we decide that entering a given market currently makes no sense, we will tell you straight out. We respect your time and money, because at Kapitał Wiedzy we focus on relationships that last for years. Be prepared for us to ask many questions about production costs and your capacity, because only then can we provide reliable help.
